XpertCodes provides professional digital services including but not limited to Web Development, UI/UX & Graphic Design, and SEO Optimization. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of each project are defined and agreed upon in a separate project proposal or contract signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the successful delivery of your project. This includes but is not limited to brand assets, content, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect project timelines and XpertCodes shall bear no responsibility for such delays.
All payments are to be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule outlined in your project proposal. XpertCodes requires an upfront deposit before any work begins. Remaining payments are due at agreed milestones or upon project completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without liability to XpertCodes.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom design and development work created exclusively for your project will become your property. XpertCodes retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place. Any third-party tools, plugins, frameworks, or licensed assets used in your project remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Revisions included in your project are limited to those defined in the agreed project scope. Any requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately. XpertCodes reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with our professional standards or values.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, business strategies, and proprietary data strictly confidential. XpertCodes will never share, sell, or disclose your business information to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
XpertCodes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We strongly recommend clients maintain regular backups of their digital assets.
XpertCodes delivers all services with professional care and industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes as these depend on a wide range of external factors beyond our control. SEO results, in particular, are subject to search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.
Our services may involve the integration of third-party platforms, tools, or services such as hosting providers, CMS platforms, analytics tools, or payment gateways. XpertCodes is not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policy changes of any third-party service integrated into your project.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. XpertCodes reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which XpertCodes operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation and good faith communication between both parties.
